Roll your feet on a ball- its relaxing

Spread your toes-try your fingers. They are free.

Use a small ball to stretch metatarsal. Place under "toe knuckles"

Don't forget the 2x4 exercise. A ball between your heels helps

Toe Corrector is not placed in the web and heels apart is easier than together.

Miserable toe circles are miserable and can be done in tree and single leg stretch

Putting money (a coin) under your big toe knuckle and doing heal raises helps if you sickle.
